Pete Musser is a Co-Founder of Intrepid Capital Partners. He is also the President and Chief Executive Officer of the Musser Group LLC, a financial consulting company. A veteran of the technology and financial industries, Mr. Musser has been a leading figure in the business world as both an entrepreneur and a chief executive for more than 50 years.
Mr. Musser is perhaps best known for his role at Safeguard Scientifics, Inc. As the Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer from 1953 until 2001, he facilitated the formation and success of many of today’s top Fortune companies, including QVC, Comcast, Novell, Inc. and more. Today, Mr. Musser continues to serve as Chairman Emeritus of Safeguard. He also remains active on a number of corporate boards as a Director of Internet Capital Group, Inc., NutriSystem, Inc., Chairman of Telkonet, Inc. and InfoLogix, Inc. and Vice Chairman of Health Benefits Direct Corp.
Mr. Musser is a strong supporter of and contributor to the community at-large. He is a member of a variety of civic, educational, and charitable boards of directors, and serves as Chairman of The Eastern Technology Council, Chairman of Economics PA, and Vice Chairman of the National Center for the American Revolution. He earned a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at Lehigh University.
Cyrus Vandrevala is a leading private equity investor who has been a pioneer in investing in private companies by utilizing cross border synergies. Mr. Vandrevala has founded and successfully operated companies in the US, Russia, India and the Middle East.
He currently serves as Co- Founder and Vice Chairman of Intrepid Capital Partners.
To-date, Mr. Vandrevala through various investment groups has invested in over 100 companies. Mr. Vandrevala is also a well known international philanthropist.
Dave Delellis has over 20 years of executive experience with two world-class companies: JPMorgan Chase and GE. Mr. Delellis was a Global Executive at JP Morgan where he built and operated JP Morgan's Chase Consumer Banking centers in India, Southeast Asia and Latin America. At GE, Mr. Delellis served as President of GE Quartz Japan leading one of GE's Advanced Materials businesses in the Asia-Pacific Region. He also worked with GE Lighting managing large global product lines.
Mr. Delellis has served as Vice Chairman of the American Teleservices Association, a non-profit trade organization dedicated to the advancement of companies utilizing contact centers as an integral channel of operations. He received a B.S. in Economics & Marketing along with an MBA from Drexel University. He also studied at the London School of Economics in the UK and George Washington University in Washington DC.
Joe DeLuca has been a Managing Director of Intrepid Capital Partners since 2004, where he focuses on investments in companies with global operations, and also real estate development in India. He was formerly a Director of Safeguard International Fund, a $370 million private equity fund investing in industrial technology companies in North America and Europe. His prior private equity investing experience includes several years as a principal in a middle-market buyout fund and in an equity-oriented small business investment company (SBIC) fund. Previously he was a consultant for seven years with McKinsey & Company where he focused on operations improvement and growth strategies. Mr. DeLuca’s early career was as a semiconductor manufacturing engineer at Motorola. He has B.S. degree in Mechanical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA degree from the University of Notre Dame.
